This is a can't-miss event for family science & family coaching professionals and anyone who works with families! Attendees will learn about the latest research, application of coaching skills, how to get reimbursed/paid for services, and network with likeminded professionals and friends. New this year – we’ll have pre-conference options on skills-building & ethics! We feel confident you will leave feeling inspired and revitalized to begin or further your work in the family coaching fields. Join us!

Terms & Conditions:
We appreciate your support of our upcoming FLCA
conference. Please review the following information to help you prepare.
Accessibility and Accommodations: The Friday Institute is fully accessible. FLCA will do its best to provide accommodations with sufficient notice. However, certain accommodations may not be available. Please contact us with any questions or needs no later than May 30, 2019.
Dietary: Our Friday main course will be vegetarian with meat and vegan sides. If you registered for Thursday’s pre-conference, you will be contacted at a later date for your bag lunch choice. If you have dietary restrictions beyond these, please let us know no later than May 30, 2019 and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Use of Images/Voices: Participants: Inherent in your registration is the ability for FLCA to use/distribute any photographs, video, or audio containing your image or voice. This includes all locations and activities of the conference. If you have questions
or do not agree, please contact Margaret Machara at mmachara@Tnstate.edu no later than June 6, 2019. Presenters: Inherent in your registration and agreement to present is the ability for FLCA to use/distribute any photographs, video, or audio containing your image or voice. This includes all locations and activities of the conference, including your presentation. FLCA reserves the right to upload portions of your presentation’s audio/video to our website for advertising purposes. If you have

Cancellations, Refunds: Should you need to cancel your registration, you may receive a 70% refund up through April 17, 2019. Please contact Debbie Farr at email@example.com or Bria Sledge at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information or to request a refund. No refunds will be given after April 18, 2019. In the unlikely event the entire conference is cancelled due to an unforeseen catastrophe, all registrants will be fully refunded. If the entire conference is postponed to a later date, FLCA will either fully refund or transfer your registration to the new dates.
