Neurodiversity & Early Talent: Nurturing the Genius Factor.

The session will kick-off with a whistle stop tour around the overlapping nature of neurodiverse conditions such as Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, DCD and Tourette Syndrome etc. The session will also highlight key differences between neurodiverse and neurotypical profiles, while linking these to career and work-related strengths and difficulties attributed to neurominorities. There will also be an interactive discussion on how we can take a future-focused approach to help nurture unique neurodiverse talent, boost career prospects and give wings to those ‘flying the nest’.
