Maternity Coaching

Becoming a new parent can be a time of elation and a time of great changes. Whether parents are welcoming their first or next of many child, there is often a need for support in preparing for change. Maternity coaches work with parents to help them develop and implement a plan for adjustment to familial changes. There is a growing trend of employers funding maternity coaches, which has been shown to be an effect approach with working parents.
